The 69 Eyes- Devils (2004) 456 Entertainment

Hey, does anyone like Billy Idol? Well I do, and apparently so do The 69 eyes! These unholy band of Finns sound as if Billy Idol did a little revamping and put out a new goth rock album, which is not a bad thing at all (well, at least in this case). This is The 69 Eyes newest album, although it did come out in 2004, but just recently made it into the states, well at least on a larger note (another band, from Finland, that has received a little help from Bam Margera) The music on this album is just pure fist pumping goth rock, The vocals, like I said before sound like a young Idol, the music is simple rock n roll, but nonetheless good, and they throw in a nice little dose of synths and that is what puts it over the edge to make this an awesome album. It's catchy as hell and you'll find yourself singing these tunes (Especially my favorite track "Lost Boys") all day out loud, trying to imitate the lead singers voice. So I suggest picking up this album if you like to have a good time, or if you just want to hear what it would sound like if Billy Idol had a love child with AFI.
