Blessed By a Broken Heart - All's Fair in Love and War. Released November 16, 2004(Blood and Ink).

Have you ever imagined what it would sound like if metalcore met Motley Crue? Well, here it is. Canada's Blessed By a Broken Heart perfectly mix metalcore with hair metal. The screaming vocals mixed with the big sound that the 80's brought us. The breakdowns are timed perfectly. This cd should appeal to anyone who loves metal, whether it be screaming or clean vocals, breakdowns or solos. This cd has it all. A solid cd from the opening track "Action" until the final track "Courting Mary". This cd is heavy in every sense of the word. "Mic Skillz" is a fun track, as singer Matt screams the abc's. Stand out tracks on this cd are "Another Day Another War", "That Knife Ain't For Butter", and "Somekindofwonderful". These guys will be big. I suggest you check them out as soon as possible.
