Invisible Sideshow Tour

Last night was the Invisible Sideshow tour featuring Action Reaction, Chiodos, Boys Night Out, and Armor For Sleep.  Overall, the show was good.  I'll break it down as to how each band performed.

Action Reaction - I have absolutely no clue as to how this band got signed to Equal Vision.  They are one of the worst bands I have ever seen.  The band includes six members, so you would think they could make some sort of music that's tolerable, but no matter how hard they tries, they were terrible.  Their entire set, they heard boo's and "Get off stage" chants.  It wasn't pretty.

Chiodos - I first saw this band on New Years Eve opening for From First To Last.  They are absolutely amazing.  They stole the show yet again, and had the entire crowd yelling "One more song" after their set.  They have so much energy and work the crowd so well.  During the song "There are no penguins in Alaska", they actually brought someone out in a blue penguin costume.  It was great.  I was able to get "Expired in Goreville" on film, so check back for that soon.

Boys Night Out - BNO were very disappointing compared to the last time I saw them.  They lacked energy and were not able to work the crowd.  They did play a solid mix of old and new songs which was nice.  I enjoyed them, but it's hard to say that they were good, after they put on such a great performance at the Nintendo Fusion Tour.

Armor For Sleep - Absolutely amazing.  This was the first time I have seen Armor For Sleep, and I will be back to see them every time they come back.  They came out and opened with "A Quick Little Flight" and followed right up with their hit "Car Underwater".  They had so much energy and worked the crowd very well.  They were so much better than I expected.  Everyone should check them out this summer, as they will be at every date on this years Warped Tour.  After their set I stuck around long enough to get a pick, and set list.

Overall it was a good night, and I can not wait for Chiodos to be back with Between the Buried and Me, and Armor For Sleep on the Warped Tour
