Karate High School- Arcade Rock

I have an album here that is created by a bunch of little kids who think that it is cool to be young and really love to be in a band and create poppy, fun music that everyone could love. But, you know what, what they are trying to accomplish here really does work! Yeah, I really do mean it. Unlike all of the other reviews that I have read about this album so far, they seem to have a negative feel, saying that this is an honest attempt by some screamo kids, who are just trying to have fun. But what I can honestly say, is that this band is full of a herd of talented musicians, who LOVE music, and are trying to create it in a matter that is listenable, and enjoyable at the same time.

Let's start out by saying that I have been listening to this straight out for the last 2 weeks. Yeah, I am completely gay for this style of super catchy, hook ridden synth, guitar pop. Yeah, Reggie and HelloGoodbye are totally fucking awesome, and this is just as similar. I love the super catchy keyboard melodies, I love the odd, funny choruses, and I love all of the things that make up what is now called "Power Pop." I cannot figure out what it is but I really dig this music.

KHS are an extremely talented band that has the ability to exceed the rest. The rest is: any band that thinks they have what it takes to make it big in today’s music community. I cannot get enough of the lead singers clean and subtle voice, the guitar players perfect and synchronized riffs, or the keyboardist’s undermined and catchy structure. This is an extremely awesome album. I’m a super extreme metal head, who really loves this shit and if a true fan of gross death metal and extreme black metal loves this power pop band, then don't you think it is something that is worth giving a chance at least? Listen or die!

That’s the new Slogan, like Skate or Die, but after the turn of the century, because some of you assholes have no idea about the original Nintendo and that is sad, I must explain that Skate or Die was a really awesome game that made skate boarding something completely awesome to do! Well, now I am going to cry myself to sleep for being old, even though I am only 19.....
