Yet again Fearless has put out another Punk Goes… compilation. You would think that a cd full of so many talented artists would be a solid record. Well, its not. With cover songs, you are generally going to put your own twist on the song, make it sound different. That isn’t the case on this cd. Many songs on this cd sound like the originals. The one that stands out the most is the Plain White T’s cover of “Song Two” by Blur. The cd does have a few bright spots though. The Gym Class Heroes version of “Under the Bridge” is probably the best song on here. Other standout tracks are Scary Kids Scaring Kids doing “Losing My Religion” and Eighteen Visions version of “Beautiful People”. Overall this cd is a bust. As much as I enjoy the artists that came together on this cd, it isn’t worth the money.
