Sirens Sister - Echoes From The Ocean Floor (The Control Group)

Hailing from Seattle, Washington, Sirens Sister is a four piece band that will blow your mind. Fronted by Zach Davidson (ex Vendetta Red), an excellent song writer and front man. I don’t want to compare Sirens Sister to Vendetta Red because they are completely different. Echoes From The Ocean Floor is comprised of twelve tracks that will leave you wanting more. This is a great cd. It is rock at it’s finest. Davidson has a spectacular voice and great range. I feel that the standout tracks on this album are “So Long” (a piano driven ballad), “Echoes”. and “Emerald Eyes”. This band could easily find their way into the mainstream as this is a very radio friendly cd. Generally I would consider that a bad thing, but not in this case. Sirens Sister could be a breathe of fresh air to the rock world. They already have a strong following and even opened up for Alice in Chains earlier this year and had great success playing the Bumbershoot Festival in Washington.
