This DVD captures one of the dates from the inaugural Sounds of the Underground festival. This is one of the better music dvd's that I own. The performances and commentary are absolutely fantastic. The dvd features some excellent performances(16 of the 17 bands from the tour are on the dvd) by Every Time I Die, Lamb of God, and Gwar. While at the same time there are a few that don't sound so well such as Norma Jean and From Autumn to Ashes. Each band gets around five minutes of commentary before their performance and it is priceless. It shows that none of these bands have rockstar ego's. They're all there to play music and to have fun. The behind the scenes on here are great too. It's almost an hour of the most random things such as Every Time I Die's vocalist Keith's armpits singing and 4th of July in Canada. You have to see this dvd. There are too many good performances and humor to pass this up.
