Vendetta Red- Sisters of the Red Death

Vendetta Red is back again with their second major label release following up after 2003's Between the Never and Now (Epic). Sisters is an amazing epic of the destruction of men, and the empowerment of women. This is 12 tracks(13 if you count the hidden track at the end of Joyless Euphoria) of fist pumping rock anthems. Vocalist Zach Davidson really shows his range on this record going from whispers to banshee like shrieks. Banshees, are a common theme on this cd, as are sex, violence, and rape. This cd has catchy choruses, powerful guitar riffs, and steady drumming throughout. A great pick-up for anyone who listens to screamo/post hardcore. Check it out, it is one of the better releases of 2005.
